Receive a PayShap Payment

You can choose between two methods of receiving your PayShap payment. This will depend on whether you (the corporate client) want to be involved in the actual authorisation of the payment during the clearing leg of the transaction.

Auto-auth (automatic authorisation): You do not participate during authorisation. Electrum alone authorises the clearing leg of the PayShap payment.

Partner-auth (partner authorisation): You participate in authorisation during the clearing phase. Electrum sends you an API call requesting authorisation, before the payment can be completed/finalised with BankservAfrica.
